Paul has over 18 years experience in Healthcare Receivables Management with extensive knowledge of Patient Access, Third-party Eligibility, Commercial and Out of State Medicaid Billing and Enrollment, Collections and Denial Management. He has a track record of recognition for leading and motivating teams to meet and exceed revenue goals. Paul is goal-driven, loyal, and an effective performer with vast experience in implementing new projects and developing client relations.
Alan brings more than 35 years of receivables management experience, having worked in virtually every vertical including Healthcare, Government, Card, Loan, Auto, Telecom, and large, complex First Party/Early-Out Projects. Alan is instrumental in helping business professionals find revenue solutions in these industry verticals. Alan’s expertise allows him to create unique operational solutions tailored to meet each client’s business needs. Alan is also a Certified Healthcare Collection Specialist (CHCS) and is actively involved in industry organizations, including American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) and Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) where he has successfully served at several levels, including 1st and 2nd VP (AAHAM), Membership Committee and Membership Chair (HFMA) where he received the Platinum Award of Excellence two years in a row for Membership Growth and Retention, and a Committee Member for The ACA International for several years.
Kimberlee brings a strong operational background and client-focused approach to her role in Business Development at FMA Alliance. Before transitioning into sales, she spent two years as Manager of Internal Audits, where she played a key role in strengthening compliance, improving operational accuracy, and driving process improvement across the organization. Her experience working closely with internal operations and aligning with client requirements provides her with a unique understanding of the collection industry and the challenges clients face in today’s healthcare and consumer finance environments. Known for her attention to detail, responsiveness, and dedication to delivering results for clients, Kim is committed to delivering meaningful outcomes for her clients. She values building long-term partnerships and takes pride in helping organizations successfully navigate the evolving landscape of revenue recovery and consumer engagement.
